I was feeling poorly and decided to try North Heights Clinic. I found the staff to be very professional and knowledgeable. My first time paperwork was organized and I was able to get through it quickly. When I got into the treatment room the wait was only a few minutes. I was examined thoroughly, diagnosed, and was on my way in less than an hour with the prescriptions I needed waiting for me at my pharmacy.
This place is an absolute joke! They have messed Appointments’s up, sent prescriptions to wrong pharmacies, and the nurse practitioner has a serious attitude problem! Save your money and go to a real clinic with real doctors!
I wish I would have came here sooner.. Fival the therapy dog welcomes you in like home. The front desk girl is so sweet and Dr. Dawkins is very respectful and thorough!
Had a great experience! Took my son for a sick visit. They were very attentive and Fivel was an added bonus!!
Wish I could give 10 stars. Ive been looking for a new primary doctor and today I found it . The most friendliest medical center I have ever been to. From the receptionist, nurse, physician, and the most lovable dog it was a great experience all the way around. They were very knowledgeable, caring, and compassionate.
