FT Greely !!!! Yeah !!! The FT Greely North Heaven community are doing great !!! they are always taking care of the neighborhood and taking care of the houses nesecities. If anything happens they always are there. I want to thanks NHC in this 2018 for having all comunity in perfect condition to live. Merry christmas. and Happy New year 2019 !!!!
North Haven like most places has its ups and downs. In all honesty, North Haven is actually the best option in all of Fairbanks/North Pole. Yes, North Haven is a little crazy with notices but, any other property management company in the lower 48 would not give you those notices other than the one kicking you out. All-in-all North Haven is not the issue. Cut your grass on time, clear the snow from your porch, and don’t wreck your house.
Mary is awesome! She is a thoughtful and supportive person. I appreciate all of the help and support she offered to help me set up my Let’s Talk Relationships weekly groups. She has been helpful through every step of the process, even after her daily runs for the ice cream socials and trips to Ft. Greely, she still reserves time for me. Thank you so much, Mary, your hard work is noticed and appreciated.
I absolutely LOVE my home! I just moved in and thanks to Kerry and the North Haven Team all of my (very few) issues have been addressed. We moved from Birchwood homes and felt instant relief after moving on post. I feel a sense of security living on post and I actually want to invite people to my home now because it is so beautiful. Living on post is where it's at if you are stationed at Fort Wainwright. ���
