RecommendedOverall staying on post working with North Haven communities has been a pleasure! The had us move in super quickly, loved my house & rarely ever needed north haven but when I did they worked quickly and promptly to help me. What I’m most grateful of all is even after we moved out they still continued to help us with new landlords! So so grateful 😊😊😊
North haven has been nothing but great to us. I’ve had minor issues with my home and every time I’ve put a work order its been fixed in a timely manner. I had an issue with my garage door and it was fixed but the issue came back And the maintenance technician came out immediately and solved the problem. Not only do they have great staff but Kathleen and Todd are so sweet and respectful. We use to live in fort bragg with Corvias and let me tell you north haven is the best .
Housing sucks. Having a 4 month old in a house that has mold and north haven even aware of it and it’s like they almost don’t even care. Washing machines and dryers barely work. Brown water nearly every single day. A dishwasher that doesn’t even work. Maintence has been out multiple times but still doesn’t work. Stairs going up to the bedroom aren’t even tacked down good. Mold and asbestos in the basement and in the garage. At this point I’d recommend living off post. Especially if you get offered old southern cross.
The quality of maintenance is ridiculous. The maintenance program when the Army controlled Tanana Trails was far superior. The amount of time it takes them to fix anything now that North Haven has taken over is just unacceptable. Something as simple as a garage door opener should not take 3 weeks. Guess what North Haven, Lowe’s sells the same brand that is used in our houses. If you can’t get a part in a timely manner, you should just install a new one. What does $2400 a moth go towards?
With our years service in the military, North haven have exceeded our expectations as our property manager. Their customer service is very reliable and very satisfying. They have let as feel appreciated for our sacrifices through their commitment and hardwork. With that said we fully support and recommend NHC.
