Our family have rented from North Georgia Watersports for years and find their customer service just keeps getting better each year. For July 4th weekend, Jobe there helped us out and was super-friendly. Their check-in process was smooth and the boat operated flawlessly. We rented for the full day and were able to dock around lunch, go into town and grab a bite to eat, and return for a great afternoon. We would recommend them without question!

While vacationing on Nottely Lake, we rented from NGWS. We got way more than expected. Heather, our host, provided a map and a few suggestions of places she thought we would enjoy. They have made a lifelong customer of me and my family.

I paid to have my boat transported to their shop. I had put old gas into my engine and it would not run properly. Received an estimate and told of what they evaluated to be the problem. The estimate was way above what I had expected it to be, but the service manager stated that my boat was one of the worst cared for boats he had ever seen. We had it serviced annually. This season we purchased a new pontoon from North Georgia Water Sports and we have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect. From the marina, to the dock employees (shout out to Heather who is amazing! and David who is so attentive and Jobe who works so hard and always has a smile:) to Angus who did a wonderful job installing a new captains chair for us - its been such a great experience and a great summer because of all the wonderful, helpful and pleasant people. We love seeing them every weekend!
