I can never ever ever say enough great things about North Georgia veterinarian specialist. Dr. Timothy James was absolutely amazing in dealing with my dog with a broken leg. This place was filled with very caring and compassionate people. I just moved to Georgia and had no idea where to go in an emergency and it was by the grace of God I ended up here. I couldn't say enough about how great they treated us. My dog suffered a gun shot and they worked with me on the treatment to give me all the most affordable options. Definitely not just in it to rip people off, they truly care about the animal and their family!
Thank you to the entire team at North Georgia Veterinary specialists, especially Katy and Dr. Surdyk! Our American Bulldog baby boy Rocky Balboa is having health issues that unfortunately turned out to be a cancerous mass in his bladder. The team has been responsive, empathetic and answer all our questions, even on their day off. We are going to start chemotherapy next week and be hopeful that it gives him some relief. We have been here with 4 of our pets now. They all have been very caring. Not only to my beautiful babies, but also to us. This time is for surgery, and it is going to break my heart to have it done on our 7 month old sweet puppy. But I wouldn't want any other Veterinary hospital to do this. My vet recommended them, so that is very comforting also. Because we love or personal vet very much. So here's to building a bigger relationship with North Georgia Veterinary Specialists. Well Not so big I hope!! LOL
I too had an overnight emergency with my 13 year old dog. I took her to the office in Buford and they were so kind and good. I decided to have my dog put down. The next morning when I called my vet to let them know, this office had all ready faxed them the information about my pet. I WAS SO IMPRESSED with their professionalism.
I know it may seem like a little thing compared to some of the stories, but my dog is a complete baby when it comes to being hurt. He came in from a romp in the yard with a broken dew claw. Image ripping your entire big toenail off, that was about the situation. We went in at 9:30 PM and we were seen quickly, the rest of the claw removed, and bandaged up.
