RecommendedHighly recommend this place. I always feel terrible because as a mom of 2 little ones, you can guaranty there is almost always crumbs, spilt juice, or some other unknown substance on my floors or seats...Premium always does a great job getting my mom mobile cleaned up! Better yet, they have toys inside to keep the babes occupied while it’s being cleaned. And it’s the only car wash I come to for that reason! Problem solved thanks. Took my 2020 civic si into car wash and interior detail. The car still had dirt on car and and dirty rags being used streaked the whole car. The car was air dried leaving water marks all on the car not wiped down like any other car I’ve brought there before. Talked to employee and he said the water marks has been there but I just bought the car Monday and they weren’t on the car before bringing it there. I had the guys at the Dawsonville location detail my car from bumper to bumper. They did a beautiful job! I don’t even think it looked this good when I bought it! Definitely recommend!

You know I would have said yes but today I got an alert on my phone telling me to cancel my premium membership that I paid $20 for one month and after the one month it would go up to $29. So I called and left a message to cancel it, they preceded to tell me it’s good to use for another month. I asked if it was complimentary and he said let me see........he would never say I was charged again until I asked. My account was charged today!!!!!! I have been getting my cars cleaned here for years i am disappointed. Today they didn’t bother to vacuum half the car let alone wipe/clean anything including the dash, steering column, middle console. Buyer beware they don’t “clean” the inside of your car for the extra $15 all they do is wipe it down. Yes i took it back yes they fixed it. I shouldn’t have had to go back and spend more of my day waiting.
Take all 3 cars to these guys...have membership and LOVE it! They are conscientious to do a great job and create lasting , satisfied customers!
