Was in and out
Dr. Chris and his team were fantastic! From the moment we walked in, everyone was warm and welcoming. They went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable and at ease during her dental cleaning, making the entire experience positive and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better visit.
Will not bring my children here anymore. Dr becca is great but the checkout staff needs a conversation about professionalism and customer service in my opinion. I have been made uncomfortable on multiple occasions while checking out and everytime i am told one price of what my cost would be at the next visit and when it is time to checkout miraculously is much more than I was quoted previously. Today the cost $200 more than the amount that was on my paperwork from the previous visit.
Amazing team of people. My 10 yr old son lost his top two front teeth in an accident. Within an hour, Dr. Becca was treating him. After several visits, his teeth look as good as new. I was blown away.
Awful! The girls at check in and check out are beyond clueless. I ended up taking my child to a general dentist who looked over the treatment plan that NGPD gave me. He said none of it was needed! They are very money hungry!
