Nice to find a dentist that caters to children. So bright, playful and their process was designed with children in mind. The Dr was informative and explained thoroughly what was going on. My children had a blast coloring and playing games while they waited. The staff was polite and organized , even down to having toothbrush bags and school notes prepared. I am definitely glad to have them as my children’s’ dentist.
Our family have been loyal patients to this practice for a decade, but unfortunately from our experience and treatment received from the staff today, we will not be returning. Our kids had their cleanings and when it came to checking out, we were informed we owed a balance. We have dental insurance and know our coverage plan. The staff then threatened to call the cops on us if there was no payment which we welcomed them to. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. My 3-year old had a great experience and loved his goodie bag and new tooth brush.
Our kids always enjoy coming to the dentist. They’re all the best and so kind and patient.
