Disappointed. Hubby was there over 2 years ago for bone grafts and implants. Paid the several thousand dollars up front, and was assured the insurance claims were good to go. Why did we just get a bill for $1400?! We paid up front, because you won’t proceed without full payment. Now how do we owe more? As an additional frustration, one of his grafts failed. But you want money to fix that too. We had hopes he would finally get the right treatment, but nope. We can’t keep throwing money away, so his teeth remain unfinished.
