I contacted North Georgia Multi Services on Wednesday after reviewing recommendations in the local mom group regarding a watercolor paint spill on my office carpet. James was at my office by Friday morning, he went above and beyond cleaning my entire office, while I had only paid for the one spot. He was extremely friendly to my son who wanted to watch and currently my office smells absolutely incredible. Thank you guys so much for working with me!
We closed on our new home today and had North Georgia Multi Service come out to the property to clean the carpets. James was on time and found fire ant beds in the yard. He treated those in the same visit. The floors look fantastic and I'm so thankful for the extra care he took of our home.
Our basement had took on water due to excessive rain, James was sent to our house and was very timely and affordable, he went above and beyond to show me some other issues due to the water (rot and mildew) As I run a small business as well and customer service being the utmost importance, James did a great a job, will recommend them and use them in the future! Thank you to James and North Georgia Multi Services!
