Shout out to these guys here. They have always responded in a timely manner and taken great care of my hvac needs even when it wasn’t convenient for them so far they’ve put in 4 mini split heads and replaced my hvac system at my personal house nothing but satisfied!
Our only go to HVAC person. I had 2 other HVAC companies come out and they didn't fix my heat strips and said all is great. Well it wasn't great. this winter hit and we called again and were told we already had the fix done but the Heat strips still didn't work. They all made the same mistake and said the heat strips showed current so they must be working. Anyways this company fixed it, and were warm again. Thank you!
I built my house in 2023 in Blairsville and was very nervous to find a reputable HVAC company. Hvac components, placement and planning of vents and returns is extremely important and if it’s planned wrong it’s something that cannot be corrected. I am thrilled I found Michael (NGAHVAC)! Totally ghosted me. I contacted this company and Mike showed up and attempted to diagnose the problem. He was unable to do so and told me he would set a date to come back with another member of his team and try and figure out what exactly the issue was. Later that same day he sent me a date two weeks from that time to show up and we agreed with the date and time.
