STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL REGRET STARTING WITH THIS OFFICE. My wife and I had been patients at this office since 2022. My wife had a VERY bad experience with a doctor here by the name of Margi Johnson. She refused to administer a Covid test to my wife, who actually had Covid. Johnson was very rude and condescending. My wife was quite shook up after her encounter with this woman. She had to confirm the Covid diagnosis herself, with an at home test. The staff there is absolute garbage
I'd give them a zero star rating if I could. There is absolutely no way to contact the office. They have an answering service that doesn't answer and the nurses do not return calls. My prescription refills keep getting denied and I keep trying to call for an appointment but can't reach anyone. How does that make sense? I clearly need to find another doctor but in the meantime they are compromising my health by refusing to refill my prescriptions. When I tell you we love the Dr's and staff!They worked my mom in after a bad diabetic issue and now I can not worry so much!!That would of never happened down in the big city. I will never leave the mountains!Thanks so much!
