Great Doctors, saved me when COVID hit. Always great care taken.
Doctors are okay if you can manage to get beyond their TERRIBLE front desk staff. Rudest group of people I have ever encountered at a doctors office. Need a call back? Good luck. Need your bill paid? Also good luck. They won’t cash the check and then they’ll send you to collections. Steer clear.
This rating is more targeted towards my doctor than the general staff. The front desk ladies were nice and helpful. Dr Charles seemed really nice at first I went in about my hair thinning and stressed very early in the first appointment I have very bad anxiety and fully believed I was gaslighting myself. Let me start by saying I am a 31 year old with health issues I shouldn't be having at this age. Some due to genetics and some due to lifestyle. I've been seeing Charles Holloway for the last couple of months and he has helped guide me in the right direction while listening to my concerns and needs. He has never made me feel insecure or naive about my health. He has a vast knowledge and has the ability to put it in terms I can easily understand. I'm very thankful to have a health provider I can trust.
