Horrible office. Unfortunately had to go in due to severe lower back pain due to protruding discs in my spine and waited over an hour and still was not seen. I could hear them bringing new people back and putting them in rooms but it’s like they completely forgot I was there. Ended up leaving without treatment. Went outside to see that there was barely any cars in the parking lot. If you’re in pain, better take it to a different doctor that actually cares!
I wish there was a 0 star option. This was the worst routine visit of my entire life. I was a new patient and Dr. Marji Johnson came in and basically immediately started talking to me like I was an idiot. Her beside manner is more than horrendous. I told her I didn’t take prescription medications but I do take vitamins and she went on a tangent about how those are medications, which fine I get it, but it seemed her goal was to just belittle me. I want to spread the word about this practice and how disappointed I and my husband are. We have not once received callbacks refills follow up, etc. We have to call numerous times to get answers. My husband had to go to the pharmacy five times in 1 day to get his prescription, correct…. I had x-rays taken on a Saturday that were stat from an accident and days later have not received a follow up call. They simply take your money and forget about you.
