RecommendedI started going to NGSVC this year right after quarantine. The vet I had been using would not answer messages or phone calls - I simply could not get in touch with them regardless of them posting on their Facebook page that they were open again and even how someone was to go about getting in touch with them. Dr. Martha Thomas has been my vet and then the vet for my husband and me after we married since about 1993. She has always been competent and compassionate as has her staff. I love how knowledgeable Dr. Thomas is about cats, which is what we have, and how well she explains everything going on with our cats. Our cats are our kids and priceless and precious to us. I brought my cat in to be treated for a bladder infection and was very happy with the service. Everyone was very gentle and caring towards her. I also especially liked that I was not pressured to buy food or to have unnecessary testing. I left the veterinarian on College St because he was too pushy. Nothing pushy about Dr.Thomas and I felt like my cat was in very capable hands.
Always very helpful and affordable. Dr. Thomas is the best!
Love this vet and the people who work there! Everyone is very caring and take time to listen to concerns about your pet's health.
In all ways Dr. Martha and her staff are the BEST.
