I’m grateful for the clarity and potential pain relief I received after meeting with the doctor. Both Wanda and Dee provided exceptional customer service, ensuring I had everything I needed for my follow-up and answering all my questions. However, I was disappointed by Michelle, the nurse, who was cold and transactional. This doesn’t align with Wellstar’s mission of providing compassionate care. I hope someone can help her improve her soft skills, as kindness and empathy go a long way.
