Dr. Snelling replaced Dr. Pare after he retired. Dr. Snelling was not friendly, very little communications and seemed irritated if you ask questions. Dr. Snelling performed a Refraction eye exam that was not covered by Medicare. Never told me Medicare would not cover the exam. I went to Dr. Pare for 15 yrs and never received a charge for the Refraction eye exam. So, I was very, very surprised when I got the Bill. Contacted Dr, Snelling asking for the charge to be removed.
