The good: the people who work there are polite. The technicians were very patient when I had trouble getting into the right position due to the pain in my arm and neck. The wait was minimal, and the facility is clean. The bad: after five days, my scan has still has not been read. This seems unacceptable as I was told it would’ve been read between 24 and 48 hours. It’s not life or death, but I am in a lot of pain and in need of a diagnosis and treatment. Staff are polite when I call, but tell me there is “nothing they can do”... read more
