Unreliable. Too many times have I scheduled rides and they are not there. I then call to find out what’s going on and it’s a response of “oh we don’t have you down.” It has happened now, they don’t show when I am scheduled. Just unreliable.
They’re affordable and most of the drivers are friendly but there’s been multiple times when I have scheduled a ride and when I call to check if the ride is still coming after waiting for a couple of minutes, they tell me there was nothing scheduled for me which is very inconvenient
Since they reopened, I have always been picked up on time and at the right address. The drivers are very polite and sometimes make small talk. It’s a very nice service if you don’t have a car or don’t drive. it’s best to schedule rides in advance, and be waiting 15 minutes outside prior to pickup as they do not call if they are outside and you are not. 5 stars
