I been riding with northfork transportation for about 5 to 6 yrs love it they are friendly I get along with everyone they know me I know them
Unreliable. Too many times have I scheduled rides and they are not there. I then call to find out what’s going on and it’s a response of “oh we don’t have you down.” It has happened now, they don’t show when I am scheduled. Just unreliable.
They’re affordable and most of the drivers are friendly but there’s been multiple times when I have scheduled a ride and when I call to check if the ride is still coming after waiting for a couple of minutes, they tell me there was nothing scheduled for me which is very inconvenient
