I have been living in these apartments for about a year and a half and If they had a 3 bedroom avalible I would love to renew my lease, these apartments are really nice and reasonable the area that they are located in take away from them and the people that hang out in these apartments as well. I haven t experienced any break in or anything of that nature but I will say that HPD pratically lives over there, If you move in I would suggest getting an apartment towards the back it s very quiet and peaceful in that area.
Grade A and Im looking forward to my stay there...
These apartments are to nice for the things that I have seen going on just from visiting one evening. The parents do not watch their small children who are running to and from the the play ground. There needs to be speed bumps because the cars speed coming in and leaving and have to throw on breaks to keep from hitting the kids. The teens that were outside were disrespectful which made me want to leave before it got dark. Something needs to give.

My name is Trina Chatmon and I was very very pleased with everything from talking with the agent Reene to the walk on the grounds,the clean grounds,the friendly people and how reene would speak to the people and the children there seems to love her alot.She was very professional in showing my daughter and me the 2bdr 2bth apartment.
