Worst used car dealership EVER!! Buyer BEWARE!! They purposely hid a known problem with the brake system by disconnecting the battery so the warning lights were not on during the test drive. As soon as we drove it off the lot, the lights came on. The owner drove this 2010 Prius to the Keys and knew full well the brake system lights were on. It cost us over $3,000 to fix it. The salesman and owners lie. Reached out to them and they would NOT reimburse us to fix the problem.
Loved Them:) I called North Florida Trucks and Equipment with questions regarding their inventory. The staff took nearly AN HOUR of their time to talk and explain all the vehicles and answer my many questions. Even went so far as to walk around the cars I was interested in and explain them over the phone. I was beyond impressed. While I haven't decided exactly which car I want to buy, I certainly know where it will be coming from.
Recently was in the market for a high quality used car. I needed something that would be reliable and efficient for my long commute; a car that I could depend on for years to come. Chris and Paul took their time and allowed me to drive every vehicle until I found the one most comfortable for me. Everybody was honest and upfront about the pricing and condition of the vehicle. I work about 65-70 hours a week and had limited transportation to go car shopping. After checking out a Honda with Robert, and letting him know my budget and what I was looking for, He not only kept in constant contact updating me with pictures and information about cars I may be interested in, he also found the perfect car for me!
