I've used them for 5 closings which went "meh", but this last closing was a complete nightmare. The worst real estate experience I've had in 15 years. The company just imploded and the owner, Rebekah Rivers, is acting like everything is ok... In short, they lost a bunch of their staff and instead of doing the right thing and telling all of their customers that they are not able to help them and to move to a different closing company, they kept reassuring that everything was going to be just fine... it wasn't.
