It always a pleasure to go to Dr. Harrington’s office. They are prompt with their scheduled appointments. You don’t have to wait to get seen. The staff is always pleasant and so helpful, especially Susan, my hygienist.
I wish to compliment all the staff that were involved today with providing me with a temporary crown. All protocols were followed to ensure any possible virus contamination would be kept to a minimum. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to explain to my satisfaction the reason for each step of the procedure. Again, my compliments to everyone who attended me today,.
I have been getting my teeth cleaned by Susan for quite a few years now, always a pleasant experience and Dr Harrington isn't a dentist either ..... ;-)
I had a cheerful personable experience for my 6 month cleaning visit today. When I called to see if the office was open - no robot answer, a real human! And I was able to get same day appointment. JoAnn was sweet, considerate, and thorough in her work and explanation of what could be causing sensitivity in a tooth. Kelsy was the fun "polisher" and Dr. Harrington gave me a thorough check up. The office was following corona virus "safe steps" and I felt secure.
Outstanding experience as always. I know most, if not all, of us don't look forward to a visit to the dentist, but going North Florida Dentistry is the exception. The entire staff is caring and professional and they put you at ease from the moment you walk in the door. This is the only dental practice I will go to and would highly recommend this dental practice.
Very pleased with the whole procedure from office staff to technicians and dentists as well. Always been the usual procedure and it remains the same.
