Susan was right on time, and did her usual first class job of taking care of my needs. The visit with Dr H was long enough for me to share my recent improvements in personal dental care. The office staff were efficient and courteous. The one thing that would have made the experience totally perfect would have been having a "no cell phone use" sign in the reception area - there was a long and loud conversation by another patient, that bothered me enough that I waited for my appointment time outside on the steps.

First extraction ever was painless. Tooth was down to the gum line, but they worked to pull it without breaking it into pieces. The dentist and assistant made sure I was REALLY numb before pulling. It went quick, less than a minute. Put ice on and off for 6 hours once home and had very little swelling and NO PAIN whatsoever! Slept on an incline with head above heart 2 nights. NEVER had pain, did not have to take pain killers! This is my dentist from now on, very friendly staff/dentist. HIGHLY recommend to everyone!

Myself and my family having been going to North Florida Dentistry for years! The doctors and staff are amazing! Always professional and very knowledgeable with everything they do! The girls at the front desk always know so much about my insurance and help me to understand the insurance and what to expect.

You walk in and you are Special, everyone is so nice and professional. The care is The Best I have received from any dental office. I have recommended the office to a number of friends and will continue to do so. Thanks and Happy Holidays
