Coy and Ellie always do a great job for me on my projects. This was a last minute (they printed it same day) project for my granddaughter for Christmas.
Have done a good amount of business with this place and recently had several certificates made. All certificates misspelled the word “Appreciation” as “appresciation” They will no longer “apresciate” our business as they were rude on the phone to our secretary and said they may offer us a discount to reprint because “we accepted the proof,” rather than just make it right and reprint a $1 worth of material. Maybe look elsewhere if you want courtesy, competency, and character.
