I had a great appointment, wonderful staff and very nice facilities. However my prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy until I called to follow up, and then they only sent 1 of 2 when I need both.
I had a great appointment, wonderful staff and very nice facilities. However my prescription wasn’t sent to the pharmacy until I called to follow up, and then they only sent 1 of 2 when I need both.
Since my last visit they changed my meds. Its not working so I have been trying to reach the office to discuss. Cannot get through, always number 20 or more in the call line up. I hate this place since it changed from Phalens office!
