Let me just say the Dr and majority of the staff is amazing. I received a call today in regards to a balance ( I obviously have a balance for a reason ) and have never felt so belittled and disrespected. I need to have a procedure done and until it's paid I must suffer. X7400 I hope that call was monitored. I get it, you have a job to do ,never the less the way you spoke to me was completely unacceptable.

My prior doctor, who I loved, retired, so I needed to find a new one. After a search of ob/gyns in the area I decided to try Dr. Foutz. Dr. Foutz and staff were welcoming and kind from my first call to set up an appointment. Dr. Foutz was very knowledgeable, gentle and kind throughout the visit. She advised me well on my specific issues and laid out multiple options for me to consider and choose from as my care plan based on what I thought would work best for me. It felt very collaborative.
