Jerome and the staff here is absolutely amazing! Knowledgeable, skilled and professional is what I experienced from the moment I stepped into my first session. What should have taken 6 to 8 weeks of therapy only took a little over a month. They don't play the radio....many days I left tired but definitely worked. If there was more than 5 stars I'd give it! I am very pleased with my therapy it has been amazing and I have improved tremendously. I walk better, stand better and feel better. Thank you Jerome McNair you are the greatest.
The medical and PT side of this place is phenomenal! Sherry is very kind & knowledgeable. She saw things on my tests would have been missed otherwise. Be sure to ask for Jerome for PT. He genuinely cares about your progress and has alot of tricks up his sleeve to get me going when I would rather just sit in the car and cry! I was evaluated be Miss Caroline who is also very skillful and personable. I'm sorry for those of us in pain, but there is a light at the end of the tunnel with NFMC of Jax for sure!
Great staff and doctors! They truly work hard to get you back into your regular routine and care deeply about your overall health.
The Ladies at The Front Desk, are very nice to me and my wife, when we come here & I just want say thank you & keep up the good work.
