My family had a good experience at this medical center in Gainesville, FL. My mom was part of their new blood cancer program, I believe she was their first patient going through it at this hospital. I was not there. My mom and dad were there and stayed in the hospital room for two weeks. Nurses and doctors taking care of them were very helpful, patient, supportive, and welcoming. I try to get pictures of the Christmas lights every year.
My mother went to ER in Millhopper with a broken hip and was transferred to North Florida Regional Hospital for surgery. We went straight to the 6th floor and was immediately taken care of by a wonderful person Tatiana. She took care of all my mother personal needs. She made my mom very comfortable, did not embarrass her when she was changing her gown, all in all treated us like family. That is priceless. Everyone else was fantastic as well. When I came into Your hospital I was unconscious and had to come by ambulance, so I had all my jewelry on when I got to the hospital. This is to include two necklaces one pair of stud earrings and a diamond and gold tennis bracelet. Well a nurse came out and gave my husband a denture cup that had in it to necklaces and a pair study rings no diamond Tennis bracelet.
