Love Dr. G! He’s always very efficient and has done great stuff for my skin!
Front desk staff entirely lacking professionalism and has zero respect or acknowledgement of patient's time. Arrived early, waited a total of 75 minutes and for 45 minutes after scheduled appointment time and had to leave without being seen. No apologies, nothing. Just horrible. Will be sending them an invoice for my time that I took off work for the appointment.
This is the 2nd appointment made with you practice, once at Kingsley, which they had no record of an appointment. Today just left office off Philip Hwy., only to be told Dr Boyd had a derma meeting. Scheduling with this practice is very hit and miss. Seems as though if something is not done to correct this in the near future, youre going to loose alot of patients. Because people are going to loose their patience!
No respect for patients time. Had 1 appt, that when we got there, we were told they were short a physician and the wait would be long. Very long. We opted not to wait, but why not CALL your patients?? We drive 40 mins to get here! On the 2nd appt, we waited about 30 mins, not bad. On the 3rd appt, we arrived for our 10:30 appt to find a FULL waiting room and several disgruntled patients. Turns out they were running 1.5-2 hours behind!! We left, didn't even bother checking in.
