I’ve been going to Dr. Hazouri for about 18 years. I have moved 2 times with his practice and I think that says a lot about him and his staff. Also, many of his staff have been with him for years. I like the fact they have an optical frame shop and can do repairs in house.
Since Dr. Marshall retired from this practice it has gone down hill. Every time myself or one of my family members go in for a scheduled appointment we sit and wait for hours. The reason always being....... We have emergencies that have to be seen. Today we called the office because my husband has an emergency and were told he couldn't be seen. We have been established patients in this office for years! Thank God we have found another doctor that will see him right away! We will no longer be patients of this practice.
