This dealership is very honest I went in for a timing belt and they told me my vehicle did not have a timing belt so Josh my service advisor just did my oil change I am glad they did not just take my money
Josh is a great member of the north end Subaru team he always blows my expectations away is very great at making sure he keeps me up today and I appreciate that
I had a 237k+ 2006 Mazda 3 hatchback. The service department with the help of Adam, Andrew and the entire staff kept her up and running for almost 11 years (10.24.05 start date) Always so very friendly and kind. Willing to answer any and all questions you might have and explain the small things about what might be wrong with your car. They offer suggestions and best practices for maintenance. To that point, they tell you what is and is not needed at that time to help with the upkeep and cost of the car.
I had an emergency while driving down rte2, tire blow out. Rich in service was able to squeeze me in, on what was obviously a very busy day (the customer lounge was packed) and get me on my way so i didnt miss my appointment. If i lived closer id always service my subaru with North end, but i will definitely recommend them to anyone in that area!!
Rich Brooks in service was great! He is very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable in my decision. He is a great addition to the department. It has been a while since I have been in for service. I have been going to Jiffy Lube but with service emoloyees like Rich and the price (especially with coupons and dealership price matching) I will Continue to use the dealership from now on. I stopped by North End Subaru on a Saturday afternoon, just looking to test drive a used Legacy. I met with Tom Sawvelle. While I was only there to see if I would like the Legacy, Tom did a great job explaining all the features of the vehicle. I soon realized that this was certainly going to be my next car, it was just a matter of picking one out. Falling in love with the black on black of the new Legacy, it was going to be a go! Josh ritch and Matt are great group of guys they took good care of my car this past year I would not bring my car to any other dealer
Matt in service gets a a in my book he was very charming last time I was in he took the time to talk to me rather than rush through everything I really aperçu ate that and hope to see him soon
