I went for my first visit to north end subaru and I had the pleasure of meeting Joshua in service I appreciate how welcoming he was and making sure my visit was enjoyable
I just got the new 2017 Subaru Impreza Sport and Frank Capocchia, Jesse Manning and Tom Liddle made it an easy process for me and I drove away with a great deal and a great new ride. The sales and service staff at North End Subaru Mazda are the absolute best! I've bought 4 cars from North End (3 new, 1 used) and they have always taken good care of me and my vehicles. I will always buy a car and service it at North End. I highly recommend North End Subaru Mazda for your next vehicle and servicing.
Great service department. JJ was honest and knowledgeable. The estimate was competitive and a coupon was applied automatically.
Mr oneal was very patient and explained the repairs that were needed. He spent a great deal of time prioritizing which repairs to do when.
Mr. ONeal informed me to contact Subaru to get goodwill help for a recent repair. Within a week I received a check to cover the repair. Thank you J.J
I had recently dropped my car off to get its brakes replaced. I knew it would be a long service, and Tony had come to check in on me several times to see if I was doing ok and if I needed anything. The pleasant atmosphere made the wait fly by. I can't say enough about the TLC that was shown towards me. Thank you Mrs. G
i recently got a flat tire josh got me in with out a appointment i am truley thankful they did not have the tire but josh had one delivered
Great, honest dealership. I was informed that my wheel bearings needed to be replaced by my local tire shop. I was pleasantly surprised when JJ told me they were still covered by a warranty extension. Thank you.
Josh is a first class adviser he was great from the moment I walked in the door where we went out and did a walk around around my vehicle to afterwards when he thoroughly went over my bill I am grateful to have him as my advisor
