RecommendedBeing a women and going to hardware stores can be kind of annoying. Not true and North End. Every time I go in I get great customer service. They ask questions and listen to the answers. No one says, "what you really want is.." or interrupts with, "well actually..". And no one calls me little lady or asks if I have a man at home to show me how to do a job I've clearly been doing. All I get is friendly, respectful and helpful service. I'd go here every time.
