Love it here. Heat, hot water and electric are included. All 1 bdrm. apartments with a balcony. Well maintained by a helpful staff. Well worth looking into. Rent is $850.00

Wish I could give this place a zero but I can’t. I have been living her since November and this place is a nightmare. I have never been able to get any maintenance done and when I they finally do come they start a project and leave it. They don’t finish till I call them. I work 10hr days and on my days off don’t want workers in my home doing stuff I shouldn’t have to call on them for consistently. They don't fix anything in this building half the washers and dryer's don't work and the washers and dryer's that actually do work are skittered and scattered throughout the building which causes people from other floors to come up and use the machines and prohibits the people who live on the floors who need to do their laundry from being able to do so.and the roadways in the parking lot areas are disgraceful they got mega mega potholes if they don't want to deal with and if they don't I can guarantee you there going to be r... read more
