On 7/1 Josh came out to give a quote to grind a stump and remove some extra wood from a dead tree my husband cut down in the front of our house. My husband was told they would be back in 1-2 weeks to do the job. After 2 weeks, my husband called and was told he would be called by Josh with a day & time. No call. North Eastern Tree came out to quote tree removal on my property. When the crew arrived, the guy that quoted it didn't send them with the correct equipment so they weren't able to remove the trees and now my project is incredibly delayed. Completely unacceptable!
absolutely the worst company out there. Just call them Chop and Drop. If you're lucky, they won't drop it on your house or landscape paths and shrubs. And then they'll leave the mess for you to clean up. BEWARE
Why is one of your trucks driving around with a dog loose in the back of the truck unacceptable

I found a picture of a dog riding in the back of one of there pickup trucks when it's 30 degrees outside! Shameful
Real nice! Stay away from this company as you can see how they treat there dog in freezing winter weather.... imagine how they treat customers
I saw this horrible image on my Facebook feed. I’m just going to say, That is very disturbing. I wouldn’t recommend their business to anyone. Whoever put that dog back there should be ashamed of themselves and should be fired as well.
