It is completely unfair how you run your business, showing a house before it is on the market is WRONG! You're not allowing your sellers to make the most money/get the best offer for their home! This is infuriating!
Incredibly dishonest. I, Jeff Foote, was misrepresented and costing over ~$18K to fix the issues. Tried to resolve the issue amicably but they (North Eastern/Joni White represented the seller and buyer)) refuse to admit liability. Was represented to me that the floors were 3/4" hardwood but in reality they are veneer - can't be refinished. She even went to the slyness of putting a plant in the area that needed refinished to cover the fading. Unbelievably deceptive person. There are more issues.
