Nice and clean. Staffs were helpful.
My kids & I've been going to NEMS for over 2 decade now. We mainly been going to the Stockton, Leland & San Bruno locations in San Francisco. Most of the doctors/staff were pretty good & friendly but since they've expanded many other facilties, have high turn over of doctors & shortened the time to 10-15 mins for each appointment, it's services have gone down. I’m writing this review because I’m very disappointed and disgraced because of my experience with NEMS clinic on Sanbruno ave SF. Not only have I been treated harshly and disrespectfully because I’m a black single woman/ Mom but my last visit was a ultra sound where I was sexually abused by the nurse who did my ultra sound a few months ago!
