I always have an excellent experience here! The staff are so friendly and kind! My on-boarding process to NEMS was super simple and smooth! The pharmacy is always quick. My PCP Delanie Wong is wonderful & I love the wide variety of services they provide. I also appreciate the sliding scale as well as taking Medi-Cal! Thank you NEMS for your wonderful service!!!

Some of the staff have passive aggressive issues and subtle racism issues. It is an ethnic Chinese California funded medical group. My dentist and the female technician were superb. However the staff and Chinese speakers with their children have diversity issues. I must be honest and state that they are superior to the District Public Health. However I have never seen a Black American employee here and they are a bit obsolete in regard to compliance to be fair and honest
