Update: need to reduce my rating by one star due to micromanagement issues. I have no complaints about the dentist and his assistant. I came in for an emergency dental visit feeling pretty nervous, especially about needles. But the dentist and dental assistant were incredibly kind and reassuring. The dentist took the time to explain each step of the procedure, which helped me feel calm and informed throughout. His patience and clarity truly made a difference. I had such a great experience at the NEMS 1033 Clement Clinic. From the moment I stepped into the Dental Department on the 3rd floor, the front desk staff greeted me with kindness and professionalism. I always have an excellent experience here! The staff are so friendly and kind! My on-boarding process to NEMS was super simple and smooth! The pharmacy is always quick. My PCP Delanie Wong is wonderful & I love the wide variety of services they provide. I also appreciate the sliding scale as well as taking Medi-Cal! Thank you NEMS for your wonderful service!!!
