North East Family Practice is a good medical clinic that is kept clean and tidy. There are several doctors to choose from, and they also provide minor surgical procedures, which is convenient. The staff are helpful and friendly, and the practice now offers bulk billing, which is a great benefit. There is free off street parking available, although it can get a bit tight during busy times. Overall, a convenient and well-maintained family medical practice.

Fast service definitely going back. And when they do run late emma at reception will let you know and is really apologetic which is rare these days.

Practitioner Kalaivani Ekambaram I would not like to see this doctor again. I have met her twice, and on both occasions she appeared unfriendly and never once smiled. She prescribed medication and told me that my condition would improve within a day or two, but several days have passed and the problem remains unchanged. I was not confident in her assessment and requested a referral to a specialist. However, she asked me which specialist I wanted to see. Had an appointment for a skin check which I made a year ago after my last check-up. I turned up this morning after taking time off work to attend the appointment, to be told that there had been a change of management in January 2026 and all previous doctors had left. So all appointments with those doctors are cancelled. I thanked them SO much for letting me know (they didn't) and declined gracefully (it wasn't) to make another appointment at their clinic. Very poor customer service - not that hard to let patients know.
