I saw Dr. Madara Herath Mudiyanselage at north east family practice. I am deeply disappointed and upset by my experience with Dr Madara Herath Mudiyanselage. I came in feeling highly anxious and holding back tears over a painful swelling in my ribs. Instead of receiving medical support and reassurance, I was met with complete rudeness and dismissal. So very grateful to have found North East Family Practice. I cannot rate Dr. Bhinder & Dr Mudiyanselage highly enough. In a world where you are made to feel like a number to get out as quickly as possible at doctor’s clinics, I feel understood and heard by these doctors. Their employers have such assets in both of them. 😍 Special shout out to the lovely Emma the receptionist also, such a warm, friendly human- the perfect person for this role! We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aman and Nurse Ruby during my wife’s pregnancy. They provided us with a very thorough check-up and showed excellent knowledge and professional skills. Their communication was clear. friendly and reassuring and they took the time to explain everything properly and give us genuine, helpful advice. We really appreciate their care and support throughout the appointment. Highly recommended
Very disappointing experience at North East Family Practice. I had booked two appointments, one for vaccination and another to consult with the doctor. This was actually the second time I had booked an appointment for the same purpose, and I had clearly informed the receptionist at the time of booking that I also needed a certificate signed.
