Had an appointment for a skin check which I made a year ago after my last check-up. I turned up this morning after taking time off work to attend the appointment, to be told that there had been a change of management in January 2026 and all previous doctors had left. So all appointments with those doctors are cancelled. I thanked them SO much for letting me know (they didn't) and declined gracefully (it wasn't) to make another appointment at their clinic. Very poor customer service - not that hard to let patients know.
Fast service definitely going back
I cannot speak highly enough of everyone involved in North East Family Clinic. Exceptional doctors, nurses and staff. They are always caring and attentive and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent health care. Update.. once again I feel compelled to add to this review. Disappointed with services, Felt like charged for nothing. Needed tetanus injection. Dr. Said they can't do it as nurse has to leave.
