Stay away from this establishment. The propriator is a slum-lord. He will never fix anything to standars, one building is overrun with black-mold, the balchonies are coming lose from their mountings, he wants his rent on time but will play games when its time to return your security deposits, he will not pay the contractors upon completion of work: these are just a small list of transgretions that he is guilty of.
