BEWARE!!!!!!! These people (operating as a rental management co) are HORRIBLE!!!!!!! They obviously use subpar, uninsured, unskilled people to do any needed repairs; they don’t upkeep the rentals, nor do they communicate with the homeowners; or increase rental amounts in line with the market.
