I tried coming to my first appointment today. My appointment was set for 3:40 and I got there exactly at that time. They said they couldn’t see me because I had to be there 30min before. Why would they just not set my appt for 3pm like it doesn’t make sense. Waste of time.
If you value your time or your health, stay as far away from this place as possible.
No issues with the service and the surgery. It was very seamless and doctors are amazing but very poor after care. I have been trying to contact them for a billing/insurance issue since last 3 weeks but no one is picking up or returning my calls
They couldn't figure out my situation so what makes you think they're going to figure out yours? Health care service providers in Texas are so disappointing.
