No issues with the service and the surgery. It was very seamless and doctors are amazing but very poor after care. I have been trying to contact them for a billing/insurance issue since last 3 weeks but no one is picking up or returning my calls
They couldn't figure out my situation so what makes you think they're going to figure out yours? Health care service providers in Texas are so disappointing.
Lexie and Dr.Mooney was so phenomenal!!!! God bless them!!! Ask for them specifically !!
This is probably the worst clinic I've ever experienced in my entire life. They are there to get as many patients in as possible. The worst clinic I've ever experienced. Please take my advise I wanted to ignore the bad reviews and give this place the benefit of the doubt DO NOT COME HERE I should've known it was a red flag when they said they can get me In the SAME DAY I called. Nurse Stephanie at North Dallas Urology is truly exceptional. I brought my dad in twice and both times she was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. She explained everything clearly in a way that made us feel informed and at ease, and she moved with intentionality, calm, efficient, and never rushed. Her presence made a big difference in what can be a stressful situation. We are very grateful for her care and professionalism.
