I have been nothing but pleased with Dr. Mooney and the entire staff. They are extremely attentive to any questions, return calls or answer questions in the portal very quickly and really show they care.
No issues here with the actual in-person care provided, challenge is they seem overbooked which leads to poor correspondence after care. Also their online patient portal and in-office check in system rarely work which makes it incredibly difficult to check status of test results, check in early, update appointments etc.
Nurse Stephanie at North Dallas Urology is truly exceptional. I brought my dad in twice, and both times she was kind, patient, and genuinely attentive. She explained everything clearly in a way that made us feel informed and at ease, and she moved with intentionality, calm, efficient, and never rushed. Her presence made a big difference in what can be a stressful situation. We are very grateful for her care and professionalism, and I would absolutely recommend her.
Dr Danawala is an amazing doctor, listened carefully to all my concerns and provided excellent care. The admin staff and assistants are all very professional, courteous, and respectful. I'm very glad that I chose North Dallas Urology Associates and recommend them highly.
