Last week I had to schedule a procedure for today. When I was checking out, I was told the price. I was then told they had an in office payment plan with no interest, that I could put however much down I could, and go up to a year on a payment plan. When I went in today for my procedure I told them I wanted to go ahead and do the payment plan as I’m self pay and have been paying quite a bit each time to see the doctor. This was my first surgery ever. Dr. Allen performed my consultation and procedure. He is direct and to the point, extremely personable and tries to make you as comfortable as possible. Excellent bedside manner. I was referred by a friend, and actually waited several months just for Dr. Allen, and I’m glad I did.
Dr.Vince was very thorough in his diagnosis. Service was excellent!
Highly don’t recommend this practice. The staff is horrible at the front desk and do not relay messages well. Dr. Danawala is horrible at follow ups and is not a good urologist for kidney issues. If you want quality and compassionate care, don’t go to him or this practice.
As you look through the reviews, you will note a theme about staff. This is a very self-absorbed staff - I can't speak regarding physicians because I've never met one. There's been 3 appointments for alleged diagnosis of prostate cancer but have had so many difficulties with the process that I still haven't seen a physician. You can feel the negativity when you walk in the door and it seems like a factory for the benefit of revenue generation - maybe health - but not healthcare.
