The front office here is... not great. I needed a prior authorization with my insurance to fill a prescription from my doctor. I've been calling for a week, I've left 3 messages, and still haven't gotten a call back from this office to assist. And good luck talking to an actual person who can help you with anything. Even if you call the appointment desk and explain your problem, they will just dump you right back to voice mail. Last week I had to schedule a procedure for today. When I was checking out, I was told the price. I was then told they had an in office payment plan with no interest, that I could put however much down I could, and go up to a year on a payment plan. When I went in today for my procedure I told them I wanted to go ahead and do the payment plan as I’m self pay and have been paying quite a bit each time to see the doctor. This was my first surgery ever. Dr. Allen performed my consultation and procedure. He is direct and to the point, extremely personable and tries to make you as comfortable as possible. Excellent bedside manner. I was referred by a friend, and actually waited several months just for Dr. Allen, and I’m glad I did.
Dr.Vince was very thorough in his diagnosis. Service was excellent!
