This is such a horrible clinic. Severely under stuffed. For no reason, they made us waiting for 49 minutes. Nurse just refused us to check in.

Love Dr. deVilleneuve. We have been going to North Dallas Pediatrics since 2006. I have a medically fragile, severely disabled child. Dr. D is great with him and takes the time to address my questions and my son's needs. I also have a child with ADD and Dr D is great in talking directly to my son. My son is learning how to self advocate for himself. My kids love Dr. D and are always smiling and laughing during the appointments. Grateful for such a great doctor.
Doctors and nurses are very good but the front desk ladies (old lady) is awfully and straight up mean. Been going there since 2016, always mess up schedules, no response or reminders... I've seen it all.
