I chose this location for both location and recommendation by a local police officer. The initial impression was good. The attendants were kind and respectful. My daughter and I went in to complete arrangements a couple days later. We filled out all the paperwork and paid. When the obit was posted, there was an error. We called. They didn't respond but corrected the error.. Several weeks later the death certificate arrived. It was wrong! I called, no response, so I went over. They showed me the paperwork. Working with Mr. Baxter was a delight and my family is very grateful for his service to us! Throughout the entire process of arranging our father's viewing, funeral, cremation, and interment at the Dallas Ft. Worth National Cemetery, Mr. Baxter gently and respectfully guided us.
