I brought my dad here for an eye exam. This was by far the most thorough eye exam I have ever witnessed. There were a few test that I have never seen before, which were used to establish a base line for my dad's eye health. The front staff was friendly, the optometrist took his time with my dad to really understand what his issues were and I felt like the answers to ALL the questions were asked and answered and documented. My husband and I both go there. We love Dr. Snook and the staff. They have been nothing but professional and courteous to the both of us. We feel they have gone above and beyond what they say they are going to do. I also saw Dr. Ku years ago and he too was great.
Horrible place. If you value your sight do NOT go to this place and especially don't have Dr. Snook perform the surgery.
Also my second post-op with Dr Snook. Not only the best eye doctor but one of the nicest people. He even makes follow-up calls himself! Office staff are as nice as he is too. Couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.
