RecommendedThe stuff were amazing I was late for 5 minutes for my check up and I didn't realize my apt has been canceled but they're able to put me back for my appointment. Amanda was awesome and Doctor Russell Snook is great I like his honesty when it comes to patient concern. 5 years ago I was diagnosed for bifocal by another doctor and today I found out I don't have bifocal. Thank God.

Made an appointment for cataract exam and surgery. The surgery nurse never called me to confirm or schedule my surgery. I've called twice for a refund of my office visit. No Reply!

It would have been nice to have the tech explain what she was doing and why.. I'd prefer to understand the process and give my consent. Wish she had discussed what to expect from having my eyes dilated. t would have been nice to have been able to tell the physician why I was there instead of him reading the techs notes (from what I could hear as he read under his breath - the notes were not accurate..
