The wait time is ridiculous!! And it is every time I visit.
Front office staff was friendly and efficient. Dr Snook is fabulous...I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr E. was very nice and professional, but the billing department is TERRIBLE. They filed my claim wrong so my insurance wouldn't pay, then wouldn't answer or return my calls to straighten out the problem. Now I'm getting letters from a collection agency. NEVER GOING BACK
I scheduled a new patient appointment. When I arrived, I was told that Dr. Snook no longer fits for contact lenses- and hasn't for 3 years. This was never mentioned when I called to make the appointment for my "yearly contact renewal". Waste of my time, and a waste of taking off work. This was after a 30 minute wait in the waiting room.
