Clean area , kind peoples and they’re very helpful idk why they have bad comments my experience was very great.
Making an appointment was easy. I did drive from McKinney because the Collin county office was booked for weeks. It was worth the drive. Took all three of my kids together, this was a very quick experience. The staff made sure I understood the shots my kids were getting. Communication is wonderful. I did not have high expectations walking in, but I was happily proven wrong. Provided lollipops for the babies and the staff was so compassionate!
Worst experience, put me on hold more than 5 time only yo make an appointment. The person who attended me was rude and unprofessional
All the staffs at the clinic are awesome, I didn’t regret my visit to the clinic and my children loved the staffs too.
The lady in the front desk left me outside with two kids under 5 during the winter 🥶. She saw us freezing in front of the door but refused to open the door just because she wanted us to call the number on the door before letting us access the building. What if I forgot my phone at home or something? PS: We had an appointment, and they knew people was supposed to be there by 8:30. The crazy part is that, they will be hiding inside acting like there is nobody in the office because you cannot see them but they can see you. At ... read more
