Throughout my visit, she appeared dismissive and unapproachable and did not smile or greet me in a welcoming manner even once. Excellent care from the nurses and the anesthesiologist in the operating room. The procedure was very comfortable; they treat you like a person and inspire confidence. I recommend it 100%. , Very clean
I was admitted in the surgery center on Friday July 24 and the attention from the very beginning was excellent. The check-in nurse, named Kristena, explained everything in detail and was very kind. The pre-operative nurse, Kristin, was also very nice; she explained everything that was to be done very clearly. First of all the front desk and surgical staff were fantastic. Billing is abysmal. They make you pay upfront, which I did. I got my EOB which showed my insurance paid in full so I want a refund. The person I spoke to insisted they didn’t get their check yet (she insisted paper checks were mailed to the facility, which I seriously doubt) I requested to speak to a supervisor and she advised me no supervisors were available. If I could give this place zero stars I would.
