I had a great experience at this facility. The nurse who greets you is so friendly and helpful! I had some great nurses, both pre-op and In the operating room. Tiffany was my nurse both days (I had cataract surgery) and she was great. The nurse who called me was also great! Here's my complaint-You need people to answer your phones and/or call you back! When you're having surgery of any kind it's hard to wait until 4:00 the day before to get your instructions and time!!!! I called but phone disconnected or when I left a messa... read more
I was suppose to have a colonoscopy done tomorrow the 14th and they change my time from 9:30 to 10:15 then to 10:45. Then called and wanted to know if I had cleared this with my cardioligist, im a vet and VA set the appointment so shouldn't this had to be cleared by my primary care doctor? Why did you wait til 12 hours before to ask that question. So I canceled the surgery time. This hospital so far is worse then the VA.
I loved the staff at the front and in the back. The only problem I had was when I was told I needed to pay over $200 before the procedure or cancer for another day. I was told they tried to reach out and left a message and that’s inexcusable.overall I was pleased
Excellent care during my colonoscopy on 4/3/25. Dr. Adeyefa and his entire treatment team were great.
Had a procedure done on April Fools Day and was slightly nervous going in. Philip at checkin kept things light hearted and got me through the checkin process smoothly, although they were running a little late. Wendy RN at Pre Op was SUPER nice and handled an issue that came up quickly and professionally. Dr Chacko, Reggie, Natalie and Stephanie got me through the procedure with flying colors.
