This place is ridiculous. I am a 71 yo woman who went through the ER during a visit to Houston after a very bad head injury from a fall. They did No X-ray, no CT, just a tetanus shot and salve on my face. I've called their billing department multiple times and asked to speak to someone who can address their poor quality of care. I asked twice for a case review and for a phone number to speak with someone in that department. No response from anyone.
