Jake is an amazing professional and a great character of a human being. Made excellent conversation and distraction from any pain that I and my coworker felt during the process. I got two lobe piercings; my coworker, one rook and one tragus piercing. Jake maintains a very clean workspace. Super impressed and happy with his level of dedication. Will definitely be coming back later for more piercings!
