I brought my 4 year old for a cleaning! As always the staff is friendly and pleasant as ever! Sarah - the hygienist was amazing with him!
As always, the best and most courteous, pleasant atmosphere you'll ever get in any professional office. And.....Mike Freeman is more like a brother to his patients than he is a doctor...his work is none less than the best.
I've been going to this practice close to 15 years or more and have yet to encounter a bad experience! From the minute I walk through the door to the time when I check out, the patient care is nothing less than outstanding! I truly feel like “family” when I’m there. From the front desk to the exrays to the teeth cleaning to the review my Dr. Freeman, everything was on time and the health of my Featheringham was their concern.
Always a great experience at North Court from the front desk always being friendly and willing to help to the hygienist and doctors who are the best and very professional always.
The best dentist and the best group of employees I've ever experienced. I have never met a more dedicated dentist, dedicated to his patient's well being and satisfaction. I needed two root canals so Dr Freeman referred me to a specialist. I have a bridge which was loosened due to the root canals and unfortunately came off while I was out of state. The atmosphere is inviting and staff greet you by name. My cleaning and checkup was clearly explained throughout with gentle yet thorough care. The dentist is professional and offers suggestions for continued care. You feel more like a friend than a patient when you visit North Court Family Dentistry.
My son fell resulting in a tooth being pushed out of alignment. I called the office and was told to bring him in ASAP. The care given toward my scared son (and his shaken up mom) was beyond excellent. They helped calm him down by finding cartoons on tv. They helped keep my younger daughter entertained while he was being seen. Dr. Freeman explained everything very well to me and my son, while helping him understand that everything will be just fine.
