Dr. Khazian falsely claims to be a Delta Dental provider. He has overcharged me thousands of dollars. For example, he had me convinced that my Delta Dental insurance would pay only $76.00 of a $425.00 tooth extraction, when, in reality, had he really been in the Delta Dental network he would have been capped at $150.00 for that procedure, and I would have paid $75.00 (50%) instead of the $349.00, he was billing me.
